Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities in Auckland is seeking a Senior Housing Support Manager to work with customers and whānau with complex housing, health and wellbeing needs, delivering sustainable housing outcomes.

Based in Northcote, the role involves mentoring Housing Support Managers, collaborating with iwi, agencies and providers, visiting homes, and driving positive outcomes while upholding Māori and Pasifika approaches.

Using a strengths-based approach, you'll work alongside customers, whānau, and support networks to help achieve positive outcomes and sustain successful tenancies.This role is highly collaborative. You'll work closely with internal teams, community organisations, iwi, government agencies, and support providers to ensure customers receive the right support at the right time.
