Job summary

Halter is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Partner to own and optimize Halter's global reward programs, including remuneration, benchmarking, pay equity and benefits administration. You’ll partner with People Managers and the People & Performance team to translate strategy into scalable, high-quality execution.

You’ll shape end-to-end reward processes, use market data to navigate ambiguity, and implement practical tools that enable fast, accurate decision-making across our growing international

Qualifications

• Strong experience in remuneration and benefits, with a track record of owning reward processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience in job sizing, benchmarking and remuneration reviews.
• Ability to translate strategy into high-quality execution.
• Strong analytical skills using data and market insight.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Halter’s remuneration reviews from market data to final outcomes and communications.
• Deliver job sizing and benchmarking; maintain compensation structures and tools.
• Provide practical advice on remuneration and pay decisions with P&P team and People Managers.
• Deliver pay equity analysis and reporting to identify insights and opportunities.
• Support the evolution of Halter’s benefits programs across global markets.
• Manage compensation surveys, market data and vendor relationships.
• Build compensation capability across P&P and People Managers with simple tools and processes.
