Halter is hiring a Global People Operations Specialist to manage immigration, mobility and right-to-work at scale. You’ll work with our People Strategy & Delivery Lead to keep hiring globally compliant, and to support Halter as we expand into new markets.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment, maintaining organized records and navigating complex processes with integrity and clear communication. This role combines operations excellence with strategic people work.

Qualifications

• Legal background or law degree required or preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex processes quickly.
• Strong communication and documentation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end immigration and visa case work globally.
• Maintain right-to-work compliance and broader employment policy.
• Coordinate with immigration and legal vendors across markets.
• Drive internal mobility and timelines for cross-market moves.
• Support other people operations compliance priorities as needed.
