Job summary

Halter in Auckland is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to attract and hire world-class talent as we scale globally. You’ll partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, design sourcing strategies, and manage end-to-end recruitment across Finance, Legal, People, Talent, Marketing, and Executive Operations.

You’ll develop pipelines, provide data-driven guidance, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects Halter’s culture and mission.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, ideally within a high-growth or global technology environment.
• Proven track record delivering high-quality hires across varied levels, functions and regions.
• Ability to develop tailored sourcing strategies and proactively identify specialist talent.
• Strategic partner capable of workforce planning, leadership reporting and hands-on hiring.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with ability to advise and influence.
• Proven success managing a varied portfolio of roles in a fast-paced setting.
• Deep knowledge of sourcing techniques, tools, and channels for global talent.
• Strong data skills to track, analyse and communicate hiring metrics.
• Familiarity with NZ employment law and immigration requirements.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach with ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across General & Admin functions, from sourcing to interviews and offers.
• Develop tailored sourcing and recruitment strategies for diverse roles, including leadership positions.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team goals.
• Provide data-driven guidance to help managers hire with confidence.
• Ensure smooth, inclusive recruitment processes and positive candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment workflows and ATS accuracy for efficient hiring activity.
• Track key metrics and share insights to improve our approach.
• Support initiatives in internal mobility, diversity, and employer branding.
• In a fast-moving growth environment, take on additional responsibilities as needed.
