Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking an experienced Oracle Business Support Analyst to join our national Financial Services – Business Support team. This senior role provides cross-functional support for FPIM across Health NZ, ensuring the Oracle system runs smoothly for Finance, Procurement, and Inventory teams.

You will manage incidents, triage, root-cause analysis, testing and deployment, coordinating with business users, technical teams and external partners, with a focus on

• Diploma/degree in IT, Business, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' experience supporting a cross-functional ERP environment.
• Strong Oracle ERP knowledge; SAP or PeopleSoft is a plus.
• Excel skills with SQL capability and data analysis focus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide cross-functional application and business process support for the Oracle FPIM system.
• Troubleshoot issues, manage incidents, and coordinate changes across Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain.
• Conduct root-cause analysis, testing, and user access coordination with stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements from data insights to enhance FPIM performance.
