Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for large datasets and presentations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, Analytics or related field.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyse revenue, market, and competitor data to inform pricing, forecasting and performance.
• Partner with Revenue Managers and hotel stakeholders to support revenue meetings and action plans.
• Monitor market trends, demand, loyalty, and distribution to translate data into recommendations.
• Support forecasting and inventory management to align pricing and demand strategies.
• Maintain revenue management systems, reports, and dashboards and contribute to projects.
