Job summary

The Electoral Commission invites applications for a Senior Manager role overseeing Financial Planning and Analysis. You will lead a team delivering strategic financial planning, performance management, and business partnering across the organisation.

You will prepare and model financial information for complex funding bids and Treasury business cases, translating strategy into actionable financial plans with advice to the Executive Leadership and Board.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of financial analysis experience, ideally in the public sector.
• Experience in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Advanced skills in financial modelling and in using reporting systems.
• Ability to explain financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to advise Executives and the Electoral Commission Board.
• CA/CPA qualification desirable.
