Job summary

Accomplice Limited is seeking a Senior Flooring Installer to operate across Canterbury on commercial and residential projects. You will own your jobs from start to finish, collaborating with other installers and apprentices, and bringing solid flooring experience across carpet, vinyl, timber, laminate and plank.

A strong workmanship standard and professional customer communication are essential. The role offers a supportive team environment with a company vehicle and a predictable 45-hour week,

Qualifications

• Solid flooring trade qualification and post-apprenticeship experience.
• Ability to confidently run jobs and manage your own workload.
• High standards of workmanship and attention to finish.

Responsibilities

• Complete commercial and residential flooring installations to a high standard
• Take ownership of allocated jobs from preparation through to completion
• Work across carpet, vinyl, timber, laminate and plank flooring depending on experience
• Identify and resolve practical site issues, escalating when required
• Communicate professionally with customers, site contacts and other trades
• Work alongside apprentices, sharing knowledge and supporting their development
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, site care and health and safety
