Job summary

The Interiors Group is seeking professional installers for carpet, hard flooring and window furnishings in New Zealand. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, reliability and the ability to work to deadlines.

Contractors must pass a police check and provide evidence of insurance. A full NZ driver’s license, residency or valid working visa, and the ability to work in a team or alone are required for success.

As New Zealand’s fastest growing flooring and window furnishings company we need professional installers to meet the growing demand from our customers for carpet and hard flooring and curtain, blind and track installers.

We will also consider those who are experienced tradespeople looking for somewhere different to hone their skills.

The successful candidate needs to be professional, have great communication skills, an eye for detail and be an effective problem solver. This is a hands-on position that may be physically demanding but is rewarding. In terms of experience the successful candidate will have:

• Well organised and able to work in a team and on your own
• Understand construction plans
• Ideally have industry or building experience
• Full NZ driver’s license
• Knowledge of Safe Work practices
• Experience using standard hand tools and measuring equipment
• Safe size passport (Preferable but not essential)
• NZ Residency or Valid NZ Working Visa
