Qualifications

• CA or equivalent professional accounting designation.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in financial accounting and reporting.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and experience with group consolidations.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Proven leadership and team-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and consolidation of group financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws.
• Lead and mentor the group finance team.
• Develop and implement internal controls and accounting policies.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Drive process improvements and best practices in financial reporting.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting for the group.
