Job summary

Systematic NZ is seeking a Senior Field Support Engineer in Wellington or Auckland to provide advanced technical support and training for NZDF customers. You will work directly with Defence clients, delivering both standard and tailored training and acting as a subject-matter expert across the SitaWare C4I product suite.

You will own training plans, facilitate sessions, build strong customer relationships, and drive improvements in delivery and outcomes within a specialised domain.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical support or training in Defence or similarly complex environments.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders and audiences.
• Experience working in agile environments and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training materials and enable administrators/end users.
• Provide advanced technical support and guidance across SitaWare C4I environments.
• Develop training plans, reports, and delivery manuals; manage courses and sessions.
