Job summary

Systematic in Wellington delivers defence-focused C2 software, solutions, and field support. You will join a defence services team delivering mission‑critical IT systems and tactical communications, working across multiple disciplines in an agile environment.

The role combines hands‑on delivery, deployment, integration, testing and ongoing support for customers, with training and knowledge transfer. Travel includes domestic days and onboarding visits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience with IT infrastructure including Windows, Linux, AD and databases.
• Experience deploying software in cloud and on-premises environments.
• Proficiency with containerised workloads and DevOps tools.

Responsibilities

• Managing software installation, configuration and support in the customer’s C4I environments for tests, training, exercises and operations.
• Setting up and testing integrations between C4I products and coalition systems, sensors and radios.
• Designing, implementing and supporting technical solutions.
• Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Developing and delivering technical training to customers and users.
• Providing level 1–2 support for C4I software products and integrations.
• Keeping up to date with product roadmaps to maximise customer value.
• Assisting projects to stay within scope and deadlines.
