Job summary

Beca Limited, based in Wellington, is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to deliver mission-critical systems across defence, aviation, maritime, and other regulated sectors. You will work across software, hardware, people and processes to develop robust solutions in dynamic environments.

You will engage with clients and multidisciplinary teams, applying structured systems engineering methods to ensure high-quality outcomes and compliance with security and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting military operations and leading intelligence strategy, policy, functions and teams.
• Experience in developing and delivering military training.
• Focused on maintaining compliance with health and safety and security regulations.
• Able to translate complex technical information for diverse audiences.
