Job summary

Jora New Zealand is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a critical ERP programme in Napier. This is a high-impact 9-month contract requiring someone who can hit the ground running on a large-scale business system transformation.

You will lead requirements gathering, process mapping (As-Is/To-Be), run stakeholder workshops, and support testing cycles and change readiness activities to ensure project outcomes are delivered.

Qualifications

• ERP expertise: solid experience on ERP implementations or major business system changes.
• End-to-end BA skills: lead requirements gathering, process mapping (As-Is/To-Be), stakeholder workshops.
• Financial acumen: strong understanding of finance processes, reporting, budgeting, GL systems.
• Implementation support: experience supporting testing cycles, change management, business readiness.
• Communication: exceptional stakeholder management, translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
