Job summary

Find Recruitment is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive a major transformation programme in Auckland. You will translate complex requirements into clear outcomes across strategic and delivery workstreams.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, develop executive-level requirements, and collaborate with Business Architecture and delivery teams to enable the transformation.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior business analyst experience in large-scale programmes.
• Experience translating business needs into concise requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with financial services domains and core banking processes.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methods.

Requirements

• Extensive Senior Business Analyst experience
• Strong banking or financial services experience
• Proven large-scale transformation experience
• Understanding of core banking platforms and processes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery experience
• Jira, Confluence and Excel experience
• BPMN or Signavio experience advantageous
• You must have a valid working visa for NZ.
