  • Working with different teams to understand their processes and system requirements
  • Helping improve and get more value from the ERP system
  • Supporting ERP changes, modifications and system improvements
  • Gathering requirements and documenting processes
  • Testing system changes and helping with implementation
  • Supporting and training users
  • Working across areas such as Production, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering and IT
  • Helping identify opportunities to make processes simpler and more efficient

What we’re looking for Ideally, you’ll have:
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment

  • Exposure to several ERP modules or different areas of the business
  • Experience being involved in an ERP modification, implementation, upgrade or improvement project
  • Good problem‑solving and analytical skills
  • The ability to communicate with both system/technical people and everyday users
  • A practical, organised and solutions‑focused approach

Experience with Dynamics 365, Power Apps or Power BI would be useful, but we’re open to people who have worked with other ERP systems and can demonstrate relevant manufacturing systems experience.

This could be a great opportunity for someone who has become the “go-to” ERP or systems person within a manufacturing business and is ready to move into a dedicated business systems role.

  • Work within a stable and growing manufacturing organisation
  • Variety of work – they are always looking to improve and chase new opportunities.
