Job summary

MyHR is seeking a Senior ER Advisor to join a team that handles complex employment relations matters with care and professionalism.

You’ll provide remote support on complex ER cases, document processes meticulously, and coach junior team members, while enjoying hybrid working arrangements and a culture that values collaboration and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing complex ER cases.
• Strong knowledge of NZ employment legislation and practical application.
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment where you can effectively prioritize and manage competing demands.

• Remote support with complex ER cases such as misconduct, performance management, termination processes, personal grievances and restructures.
• Complete all relevant documentation with high level of attention to detail.

As a Senior ER Advisor, you'll be joining a team that takes its work seriously, but not itself too seriously. In this role, you'll play a key part in helping customers navigate employment relations matters with confidence, while delivering exceptional service and support. Key responsibilities will include;

• Remote support with complex ER cases such as misconduct, performance management, termination processes, personal grievances and restructures.
• Complete all relevant documentation with high level of attention to detail.
• Coach ER Advisors and ER Associates.
