Job summary

323 Recruitment is seeking a Senior Estimator – Electrical for Hamilton. The role combines estimating, design, project management and client relationships across mid-to-large electrical projects in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions.

You will work with clients, consultants and suppliers to develop competitive tenders, provide technical solutions and ensure profitable outcomes from tender through to completion, with senior leadership support.

Qualifications

• Must be an experienced electrical estimator with strong tendering skills.
• Proven ability to develop competitive offers and technical solutions.
• Good understanding of commercial electrical installations and contracts.
• Ability to interpret plans, specs and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates, tenders, budgets and project variations.
• Estimate and manage mid-range to large electrical projects.
• Design electrical services and infrastructure solutions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and suppliers.
• Monitor project profitability and cost control through delivery.
• Ensure quality, safety and compliance on projects.
