Job summary

DKSH is seeking a Senior Specialist, Digital Workplace based in Palmerston North, New Zealand. You will provide day-to-day operational support to ensure the stability of the Digital Workplace across ANZ, delivering Level 1–3 technical support for DKSH employees.

You will manage Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, MFA, and security controls, collaborating with global IT standards and vendors to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of hands-on experience supporting Windows 11 and end-user technology environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, MFA, and security tooling.
• Experience supporting distributed or multinational technology environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Incident resolution across Microsoft 365, end-user devices, identity, access, and collaboration tools.
• Provide Level 1–3 technical support with root-cause analysis and permanent fixes.
• Onboarding/offboarding management, device provisioning, and asset records accuracy.
• Data and mailbox migrations to SharePoint/OneDrive and Exchange migrations.
• Design and maintain Power Automate workflows; support Copilot rollout and adoption.
• Security and compliance by operating within global IT standards and audits.
