Qualifications

• Proven leadership of integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels.

• Understanding of digital platforms, analytics and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of WCAG/easy-read principles and inclusive design.
• Stakeholder advisory experience across complex organisations.
• Familiarity with modern digital tools and AI-assisted workflows.
• Ability to provide strategic guidance while empowering creative teams.
