Job summary

Contact Energy is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead the development and delivery of integrated campaigns that build awareness and strengthen customer engagement across Aotearoa. You will work with agency partners and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns from concept through to launch, optimisation, and measurement, delivering high-impact outcomes for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• Around five or more years of experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns in a services-based environment.
• Experience working with creative and media agencies to develop and execute campaigns.
• Confidence navigating complex stakeholder environments and bringing people together around a shared outcome.
• Ability to translate customer insights into clear and compelling communications.
• Strong planning and organisational skills with multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Partner with creative and media agencies to develop campaigns from concept to launch and optimisation.
• Collaborate with pricing, growth, customer experience, digital, product, and research teams to align activity with priorities.
• Shape how Contact tells its story through brand campaigns, partnerships, and digital content.
• Manage multiple priorities and ensure campaigns are delivered to a high standard and on schedule.
• Use customer insights and market context to create resonant marketing activity.
