ACC New Zealand is seeking a Senior Advisor, Social Media to lead day-to-day delivery across our social channels. You will create and publish engaging content, manage communities and campaigns, and use monitoring and analytics to understand what works.

You’ll spot emerging issues, provide trusted advice to stakeholders and help others deliver high-quality social content. Your work supports keeping Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between.

Qualifikationen

• Strong hands-on experience managing social media channels.
• Experience delivering social media campaigns that connect with audiences.
• Government experience with risk awareness and ability to navigate public-sector social media risks.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills with ability to turn ideas into audience-focused content.
• Experience with analytics and publishing tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Canva).
