Job summary

Temperzone Limited seeks a Senior Design Engineer to lead the development of HVAC products from concept to release. You will work with engineering, product development, compliance, and manufacturing teams while mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence across the business.

Ideal candidates have extensive HVAC/product design experience, strong CAD skills (Autodesk Inventor) and a hands-on leadership style to advance through technical and people leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product development from concept through to release.
• Convert design briefs into technical requirements, project plans and milestones.
• Lead design reviews and engineering project meetings, guiding technical decisions.
• Ensure products meet compliance, testing standards and development processes.
• Drive project execution with timelines, risks and deliverables managed.
• Mentor and develop engineering team members through coaching and knowledge sharing.
