Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience focusing on HVAC system design.
• Proficiency in CAD tools such as AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design of HVAC systems including air conditioning, heating, ventilation and smoke extraction.
• Perform load calculations, system sizing, and equipment selection.
• Develop detailed drawings, schematics and specifications.
• Conduct energy modeling to optimize efficiency.
• Coordinate with architects and other engineers for integrated designs.
• Site visits for verification, supervision and commissioning support.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards and regulations.
• Prepare technical reports and project documentation.
• Manage HVAC design projects including scope, budget, and timelines.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians.
