Responsibilities

• Lead CX and UX on priority digital journeys.
• Run journey workshops with business stakeholders.
• Create journey maps, personas and service blueprints.
• Design wireframes and prototypes; test with customers.
• Develop and maintain the design system and playbook.
• Coach designers and evaluate AI use in design.
