Datacom is seeking a Senior Consultant - Workday to drive Workday HCM workstreams across multiple client projects. You will lead requirement gathering, design, configuration and support, and oversee testing, knowledge transfer, and end-user training.

In this client-facing role, you’ll be the Workday expert, partnering with stakeholders to craft effective solutions and ensure successful outcomes. Hybrid working options apply with a focus on delivering value.

About The Role (your Why)

As a Senior Consultant - Workday, you’ll be the conduit between the client’s business users, stakeholders and the implementation teams. This is a challenging and rewarding role to grow your existing analysis, design, communication and diplomatic abilities. You’ll be comfortable in front of clients at all levels as you’ll be leading workshops, eliciting requirements, crafting solutions and articulating Workday concepts.

What You’ll Do

At the moment, as a Senior Consultant - Workday, you will be across multiple projects with high profile clients.

You will lead Workday HCM workstreams for multiple clients, from requirements gathering, design, configuration and support activities. You will then lead testing activities, knowledge transfer sessions and user training.

The successful candidate for this role will be seen as an expert in their field and will have demonstrated experience and success in a similar, client facing role.
