Job summary

Datacom is seeking a Senior Consultant - Workday to lead HCM workstreams across multiple client projects. You will run workshops, elicit requirements, design solutions and oversee configuration, testing and training efforts.

You’ll be the trusted advisor, translating business needs into Workday concepts, and guiding teams through complex client-facing engagements with a focus on quality outcomes and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading client workshops and eliciting requirements for ERP/Workday projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across client, business, and technical teams.
• Ability to design solutions and articulate Workday concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday HCM workstreams for multiple clients from requirements gathering to design and configuration.
• Oversee testing activities and knowledge transfer sessions; deliver user training.
• Provide expert guidance and ensure project milestones are met with quality deliverables.

About the Role (your why)

As a Senior Consultant - Workday, you’ll be the conduit between the client’s business users, stakeholders and the implementation teams. This is a challenging and rewarding role to grow your existing analysis, design, communication and diplomatic abilities. You’ll be comfortable in front of clients at all levels as you’ll be leading workshops, eliciting requirements, crafting solutions and articulating Workday concepts.

What you’ll do

At the moment, as a Senior Consultant - Workday, you will be across multiple projects with high profile clients.

You will lead Workday HCM workstreams for multiple clients, from requirements gathering, design, configuration and support activities. You will then lead testing activities, knowledge transfer sessions and user training.

The successful candidate for this role will be seen as an expert in their field and will have demonstrated experience and success in a similar, client facing role.
