Datacom is seeking a Senior Consultant - Workday to bridge business users, stakeholders and delivery teams. You will lead workshops, elicit requirements, and articulate Workday concepts while guiding projects across multiple clients.

You will drive HCM workstreams, oversee design, configuration, testing, and training activities, and act as a trusted expert in a client-facing capacity.

Qualifications

• Must have Workday implementation experience (HCM, Core, and Compensation).
• Must have Workday PRO certification or equivalent validation.
• Nice to have Time Tracking and Absence modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday HCM workstreams for multiple clients from requirements gathering to design, configuration and support.
• Lead testing activities, knowledge transfer sessions and user training.
• Be a trusted client-facing expert, driving workshops and delivering Workday solutions.

About the Role (your why)

As a Senior Consultant - Workday, you’ll be the conduit between the client’s business users, stakeholders and the implementation teams. This is a challenging and rewarding role to grow your existing analysis, design, communication and diplomatic abilities. You’ll be comfortable in front of clients at all levels as you’ll be leading workshops, eliciting requirements, crafting solutions and articulating Workday concepts.

What you’ll do

At the moment, as a Senior Consultant - Workday, you will be across multiple projects with high profile clients.

You will lead Workday HCM workstreams for multiple clients, from requirements gathering, design, configuration and support activities. You will then lead testing activities, knowledge transfer sessions and user training.

The successful candidate for this role will be seen as an expert in their field and will have demonstrated experience and success in a similar, client facing role.
