Job summary

Datacom is seeking a Senior Consultant - Workday to bridge client business users with implementation teams. You’ll lead Workday HCM workstreams, gather requirements, design configurations, and drive testing and knowledge transfer across multiple high-profile projects.

The role emphasizes expert workstream leadership, client-facing workshops, and delivering solutions while ensuring successful training and knowledge transfer. Hybrid work options and ongoing development are offered.

Qualifications

• Extensive Workday implementation experience across multiple modules.
• Certification in Workday (HCM Core, Compensation) and PRO certification.
• Experience leading client workshops, eliciting requirements and crafting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday HCM workstreams for multiple clients from requirements gathering to design and configuration.
• Oversee testing, knowledge transfer sessions and user training.
• Act as a senior client-facing advisor, communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

About the Role (your why)

As a Senior Consultant - Workday, you’ll be the conduit between the client’s business users, stakeholders and the implementation teams. This is a challenging and rewarding role to grow your existing analysis, design, communication and diplomatic abilities. You’ll be comfortable in front of clients at all levels as you’ll be leading workshops, eliciting requirements, crafting solutions and articulating Workday concepts.

What you’ll do

At the moment, as a Senior Consultant - Workday, you will be across multiple projects with high profile clients.

You will lead Workday HCM workstreams for multiple clients, from requirements gathering, design, configuration and support activities. You will then lead testing activities, knowledge transfer sessions and user training.

The successful candidate for this role will be seen as an expert in their field and will have demonstrated experience and success in a similar, client facing role.
