Genesis is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager - Enterprise in New Zealand. You will lead pricing and profitability analyses across our portfolio, developing models and guiding pricing strategies to unlock value.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership with ability to influence outcomes.
• Strong C&I pricing experience and understanding of value drivers.
• Experience in a commercial/analytical environment with a relevant tertiary qualification.
• Strong quantitative capability, including advanced Excel and tools such as SQL, SAS or R.
• Track record of effective business partnering with strong communication and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in energy, utilities, C&I pricing or similar complex pricing is a plus.

What You’ll Do:

As our Senior Commercial Manager - Enterprise, you’ll lead commercial analysis across new and existing products, identifying value opportunities and ensuring pricing is optimised across our large business portfolio. You’ll bring commercial leadership to complex pricing decisions, turning data and market insight into clear recommendations that support better business outcomes.

What You’ll Need:

You’ll be an experienced commercial pricing professional who combines strong analytical capability with sound judgement, leadership and the ability to influence across a business. You’ll be comfortable working with complex data and translating it into practical commercial decisions for technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to provide direction, influence outcomes and support others to succeed.
• Strong C&I pricing experience, with a solid understanding of commercial pricing and value drivers.
• Significant experience in a commercial and analytical environment, ideally supported by a relevant tertiary qualification.
• Strong quantitative capability, including advanced Excel and experience with analytical tools such as SQL, SAS or R.
• A track record of effective business partnering, with strong communication skills and confidence presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Experience within energy, utilities, C&I pricing or another complex pricing environment would be an advantage
