Job summary

Silver Fern Farms Ltd is seeking a Senior Commercial Analyst to join the Commercial Operations team for a 12-month parental leave cover. The role partners with manufacturing leaders to shape commercial decisions through analysis, modelling and performance reporting across multiple sites.

Based in Christchurch or Dunedin, the role offers visibility across sites and building relationships with operational stakeholders. You will turn complex data into actionable insights to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience in commercial finance, management accounting or commercial analysis.
CA qualified or equivalent commercial experience.
Strong ability to build financial models and interpret data.

Responsibilities

Provide financial modelling and commercial insights across manufacturing sites.
Support budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting for site leaders.
Prepare business cases, ROI assessments and scenario modelling for key initiatives.
Identify trends, risks and opportunities to improve operational performance.
Partner with site stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
