CMC Markets in Auckland is seeking a Senior Client Services Executive to be the voice of the company, handling client queries by phone, email, live chat and messaging, and delivering outstanding service to retain clients.
You will work closely with a skilled team, using trading platforms and CRM tools to support clients. The role requires bilingual English and Mandarin communication, RG146 certification, and eligibility to work in New Zealand, with a rotating schedule between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
