Job summary

CMC Markets in Auckland, New Zealand is seeking a Senior Client Services Executive to be the voice of the brand, handling client queries via phone, email, live chat and messaging across time zones. The role emphasizes exceptional service, brand advocacy, and driving the client experience in a high-volume fintech environment.

You will use trading platforms and CRM tools daily, working in a rotating schedule between 8:00am and 6:00pm.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a client-centric environment.
• RG146 certification.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (verbal and written).
• Comfort using trading platforms, CRM systems and communication tools.
• Eligible to work in New Zealand permanently.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of CMC Markets, responding to client queries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service that keeps clients coming back.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and contribute to the company’s reputation.
• Participate in a rotating schedule between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
