Job summary

PAK’nSAVE Albany in Auckland’s Upper Harbour area is seeking an experienced Senior BreadBaker to join the busy Bakery team. This hands-on role requires someone physically strong and adept at bread production, who can support the wider team and uphold high standards.

You will produce a range of fresh bread and bakery products, follow production plans, manage daily output, ensure on-time baking, and maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and teamwork across the bakery.

• Confident supporting the wider Bakery team.

Responsibilities

• Produce a range of fresh bread and bakery products to a high standard.
• Follow production plans and recipes.
• Mix, shape, prove and bake bread in line with production requirements.

• Ensure products are well presented and available for customers.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Support and guide the wider Bakery team.
• Work as part of a busy and supportive team.

PAK’nSAVE Albany is looking for an experienced and capable Senior BreadBaker to join our busy Bakery team. This is a hands-on bread-making positionrequiring someone who is physically strong, experienced in bakery production,and confident supporting the wider team.

**This role is ideal for a highly capable baker whocan confidently manage production, maintain standards, and support the widerteam.**

What You’ll Be Doing

• Producing a range of fresh bread and bakery products to a high standard
• Following production plans and recipes
• Mixing, shaping, proving, and baking bread in line with production requirements.
• Managing daily bread production to ensure products are baked on time to a high standard
• Ensuring products are well presented and available for our customers
• Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
• Supporting and providing guidance to the wider Bakery team
• Working as part of a busy and supportive team

• Tuesday | 3.00am - 12.00pm |
