Job summary

Patterson Hospitality Group in Burnside, South Island, seeks an experienced Senior Bartender to join a buzzing environment and deliver exceptional service. If you enjoy fast-paced service, craft cocktails, and wine knowledge, we’d love to hear from you.

This full-time role requires at least 3 years of cocktail and bar experience, and willingness to work holidays and weekends in a hotel setting. Competitive pay and staff benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Cocktail and Bar experience - minimum three years.
• Confidence with changing kegs and bar operations.
• Good wine knowledge and a passion for food and beverage.
• A positive, can-do attitude.
• Someone who thrives when things get busy and can lead by example.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Mixing and serving quality cocktails with confidence

• Changing kegs and maintaining draught beer systems

We're looking for an experienced Senior Bartender to join our team. If you enjoy the energy of a busy service, take pride in great customer service, and know your way around a bar, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a full time role - minimum 35 hours per week - Typical Shifts are 3pm-11/11.30pm over 5 days. The hotel is open 365 days per year, so you must be avaialable to work public holidays and weekends.
