Job summary

Qualifications

• Cocktail and Bar experience - minimum three years.
• Confidence with changing kegs and bar operations.
• Good wine knowledge and a passion for food and beverage.
• A positive, can-do attitude.
• Someone who thrives when things get busy and can lead by example.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Mixing and serving quality cocktails with confidence
• Recommending wines and beverages to guests
• Changing kegs and maintaining draught beer systems
• Delivering friendly, professional service every shift
• Keeping the bar running smoothly during busy periods
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Helping maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness
