Job summary

Momentum Consulting is seeking three Senior Business Analysts to lead functional workstreams for HR, Finance, and Procurement as the Wellington client migrates to a unified Oracle platform. Detailed design completes mid-2026 with go-live by mid-2027, and you will drive current-to-future state mappings, design workshops, and alignment to government standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst on large transformation projects.
• Strong process mapping and requirements management experience.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT and defect management.
• Confident stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.
• Domain experience in HR, Finance or Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current-state processes and shape future-state maps.
• Facilitate design workshops and prepare Design Authority papers.
• Align processes to the NZ All-of-Government Common Process Model.
• Manage requirements and traceability in JIRA.
• Support data migration, SIT, UAT, defect triage and hypercare.
