You will manage both small refurbishments and major new builds, requiring superb communication and stakeholder facilitation to deliver high-quality, cost-effective outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Significant (5+) years' experience in a similar role/ field.
• Experience managing a large asset portfolio, ideally within an institutional environment and/or experience in the strategic development of a diverse asset portfolio.

Aufgaben

• Analyse data on 25,000+ assets and interact with external consultants on asset renewal.
• Lead prioritisation, funding, planning and execution of asset replacement projects.
