Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex asset, property or infrastructure portfolios.
• Strong capacity in portfolio planning, lifecycle management and investment.
• Commercial and financial judgement balancing investment, performance and risk.
• Procurement and outsourced service management capability.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear advice for leaders.
• Credibility with senior stakeholders and collaborative mindset.
• Track record of guiding teams and driving performance improvements.
• Understanding of Treaty/Te Tiriti is beneficial.

• Own portfolio performance with accountability for risk, lifecycle and outcomes.
• Turn strategy into investment decisions, prioritisation and optimisation.
• Use information from financial, commercial, technical and operational perspectives.
• Lift outsourced service performance; strengthen contracts and simplify arrangements.
• Navigate complexity; make pragmatic choices and escalate risks.
• Help shape the future of the Asset Management Division as part of leadership.
