Job summary

Datacom is seeking an Applications Packager to lead end-to-end packaging, testing, and deployment of applications for managed services. You will manage lifecycles, collaborate with teams and customers, and contribute to documentation and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have 5 years in IT with 3 years in packaging, strong tooling knowledge (InstallShield, Master Packager), and experience with SCCM, Intune, Workspace ONE, and Jamf. Travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 5 years IT industry experience, 3 years in application packaging.
• Exceptional knowledge of packaging tools (InstallShield, Master Packager).
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS.
• Experience with endpoint management platforms (SCCM, Intune, Workspace ONE, Jamf).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end packaging, repackaging, testing, and deployment of applications across BAU and project work.
• Manage application lifecycle activities including discovery, analysis, packaging, troubleshooting, deployment support, and optimisation.
• Collaborate with project teams, customers, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Produce and maintain operational documentation, standards, and knowledge resources for service delivery.
