Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking an Agile Programme Manager/Release Train Engineer to influence agile implementation within a tertiary education environment in New Zealand. The role involves leading a team, managing transformation initiatives, and enhancing web processes.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience and significant accomplishments in programme management. The position offers a competitive salary between NZ$150,000 and NZ$170,000, flexible and hybrid working conditions, as well as comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Programme Manager, Agile Coach, or Release Train Engineer.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-year programmes valued at $20 million+.
• Experience managing small- to medium-sized teams, including Scrum Masters.
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Act as a lean-agile leader and coach for Agile Release Train.
• Manage large-scale transformation and change management initiatives.
• Facilitate the transition from a project mindset to a product-based view.
• Relaunch the brand project to improve web page and enhance processes.
