Job summary

Randstad New Zealand seeks a Senior Project Manager for Digital & Enterprise Solutions in Auckland to navigate complex cloud, data and integration landscapes within a major public sector program. The role centers on driving a Salesforce evolution and aligning broader digital roadmaps.

You will guide enterprise technology strategy, lead multi-disciplinary delivery pods, and partner with senior leaders to ensure governance and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior PM with track record delivering complex Cloud, Data, Integration and CRM portfolios.
• Hands-on Salesforce delivery experience focused on Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Agile, PMP, or Prince2 and business-case evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise digital programs across cloud, data, CRM and AI initiatives.
• Drive Salesforce cloud capabilities and connected systems implementations.
• Partner with PMO leadership on portfolio strategy, governance, and planning.
• Collaborate with BAs, POs, and Data/Software SMEs to translate feasibility into roadmaps.
• Facilitate executive workshops to align stakeholders and shape business outcomes.
