Qualifikationen

• Significant senior experience in strategic asset management, property, infrastructure or related advisory field.
• Experience developing and implementing a strategic asset management plan, framework or equivalent portfolio-wide strategy.
• Advanced knowledge of asset lifecycle planning, portfolio planning and infrastructure investment in a large/complex organisation.
• Experience advising senior leaders and governance groups on asset investment, renewal, maintenance, disposal or portfolio decisions.
• Experience translating government/regulatory requirements into practical asset management frameworks and guidance.
• Experience improving asset data and establishing processes that support evidence-based decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with political awareness for a complex environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead and shape long-term portfolio direction, performance, and asset lifecycle planning.
• Develop and maintain the Property Asset Management Framework and Strategic Asset Management Plan.
• Embed asset management practices across Property, Finance and operations.
• Represent the Ministry in cross-agency and central government forums.
• Support improved asset data maturity and lifecycle processes across teams and providers.
