Job summary

Xero’s G&A Data & Analytics team enables trusted data use across Finance, HR, Legal and Workplace. As Enablement Lead, you’ll own the self-service enablement roadmap, set safe guardrails, and design ways of working so teams answer their own questions without queuing.

Qualifications

• Proven track record designing and running enablement/change programmes.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across Finance, People, or other functions.
• Experience with modern analytics stacks: SQL, cloud data warehouses, dbt, BI platforms like Tableau.
• Ability to translate complex data concepts into clear, practical guidance.
• Experience defining and tracking adoption, usage, and outcome metrics.
• Mentor analysts and business users to lift capability across the community.
