Job summary

Xero's G&A Data & Analytics team seeks a self‑service Enablement Lead to empower Finance, HR, Legal and Workplace with trusted data. You will define the enablement roadmap, guardrails for safe self-service and practical patterns that help teams answer their own questions.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to embed data into planning and decision forums, uplift data literacy, and mentor analysts while shaping capabilities that outlast dashboards.

Qualifications

• Design and run enablement or change programmes that change how teams use data.
• Influence senior stakeholders across finance and people functions.
• Experience with modern analytics stacks (SQL, cloud warehouses, dbt).
• Translate complex data concepts into practical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead data enablement roadmap and guardrails for self-service analytics.
• Define metrics, naming conventions and certified dashboards.
• Mentor analysts and business users across functions.
• Collaborate with central Data, BI and Governance teams on capability.
