FIRST Security in Auckland is seeking a Security Cluster Training Manager to join our team, supporting a key Data Centre client. This is a field-based role, not desk-bound, you’ll work directly with security teams, investigate issues, coach people and deliver practical training to raise performance.

This is not a traditional desk-based training role. You’ll be out in the operation, working directly with security teams, investigating issues, coaching people and delivering practical training that improves performance.
You’ll play a key role in developing proactive training - identifying gaps before they become incidents and ensuring our people are equipped to deliver to a high standard.
