Job summary

FIRST Security in Auckland is seeking a Client Services Manager who can elevate the customer experience across multiple sites. You’ll manage Auckland-based clients, be the first point of contact, and lead a dedicated team of security officers.

This role calls for strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on rostering and reporting. A current COA and NZ driver licence are required, with MOJ checks to be passed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' leadership experience.
• 2+ years in a client service or customer-facing role.
• Security or service sector experience advantageous.
• Strong communicator with interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Tech-savvy with ability to use various staff management systems.
• Current COA (or ability to obtain one).
• Full NZ Driver Licence.
• Ability to pass MOJ criminal checks.

We are looking for an experienced Client Services Manager to join us in Tāmaki Makaurau (Mt Wellington - Auckland).
This is a key role responsible for elevating the customer experience, strengthening client partnerships, and supporting a team of security officers across multiple sites.
