FIRST Security in Dunedin is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day security services, guide frontline teams, and ensure safe, efficient delivery to contractual commitments.

You will coordinate workforce, manage incidents, and drive performance while building strong customer and stakeholder relationships. The role demands hands‑on leadership, clear communication, and a focus on safety, professionalism, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operational teams.
• Background in security, facilities, logistics, transport, or a similar service environment.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems.
• Experience improving team performance and service outcomes.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer service.
• Full New Zealand Driver Licence.
