Job summary

Green by Nature is seeking a Custodian Cleaner for a seasonal fixed-term role based in Queenstown, Otago. You will clean and sanitise public toilets and facilities such as BBQs, water fountains, and surrounding areas to keep them safe, tidy, and welcoming for visitors.

You should have a full driver’s licence (manual preferred) and a strong work ethic. The role runs Monday to Friday with variable start and finish times; weekend availability is ideal, and pre-employment drug testing applies.

Qualifications

• Full driver’s licence with manual capability.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Availability for full-time seasonal work, including weekends, with advance roster.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces such as taps, sinks, handrails, door handles and toilets.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks including mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming and bathroom cleaning.
• Tidy external grounds including rubbish collection, leaf blowing and water blasting.
• Maintain stock levels for soap, toilet paper and hand towels.
