Job summary

LiveHire Limited is seeking a Custodian for a seasonal fixed-term assignment in Wanaka, NZ. The role covers town centre facilities and outdoor spaces, with rostered shifts and weekend availability.

You will clean public toilets, BBQs, water fountains and related facilities to keep them safe and inviting for visitors. You should be self-motivated, safety-conscious and able to work independently with a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Full driver’s licence required to operate vehicles used for duties.
• Capable of working independently with a strong safety mindset.
• Ability to perform physically demanding cleaning tasks in public spaces.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitise high-touch surfaces such as taps, sinks, handrails, door handles and toilets.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks including mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming and bathroom cleaning.
• Tidy external grounds including rubbish collection, leaf blowing and water blasting.
• Maintain stock levels for soap, toilet paper and hand towels.
